Mangoes!


I love these things. They grow a plenty. I used to think my steak and mango oriental salad was so cosmopolitan, but they literally put mangoes in everything here.

    Ah I miss the mangoes dangling from the trees, waving in the wind...*pluck* sorbet, chutney, caramelised on vanilla ice cream, jam, wine.....enjoy! x

    Its so funny being in countries where apples are expensive (and ropey) and mangoes are free.
